Primary antibodies

Primary antibodies are very useful for studying many scientific disciplines in scientific field. Primary antibodies are also used for studying Cell Biology and for proteosome research. This is vast field for studying cell processes such as apotosis, cell stress, cell cycle progression, cell signaling, metabolism, enzyme phenotype, protien Synthesis and degradation and ion channel transport. In the field of molecular biology, primary antibody creates various detection systems for monitoring expression. These detection systems are developed using markers such as b-galactosidase, biotin, dioxin and DNP and protein fusion tags comprised of alkaline phosphates, FLAG, glutathione-S-transferase(GST). Primary antibodies are especially useful to find out changes in phenotypes and status of the proteosome under normal and diseased conditions.
